Tameside College has a reputation for providing the right skills for local, regional and national employers. This includes the delivery of degree courses to meet the demand of higher level skills that businesses require. In a survey of employers (summer 2021) the CBI reported the following needs: - 77% of businesses expect to have more job openings for people with higher level skills. - The demand for leadership and management skills has increased to 58%. - The proportion of businesses (65%) not confident there will be enough people available in the future with the skills to fill their high-skilled jobs has reached a new high. Degree level qualifications will make you more attractive to employers and more competitive in the job market. |

In the latest HE Student Survey at Tameside College: - 97% were satisfied with teaching and learning on the course - 94% were positive about how their course was assessed, and the feedback they received on their work - 99% were happy about the academic support they received whilst on their programme - 98% said they would recommend Tameside College for anyone wishing to carry out a HE course |
